Refund policy
Due to our products being custom made once an order is processed, we do not accept refunds. Cancellations cannot be processed after 24hrs as your order will already be underway. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be excepted.
As our items are hand made and made to order you can expect different finishes. Each piece can Β have some imperfections to painted finish due to the nature of hand making and painting and we feel adds to the hand made feel. Due to this we do not except refunds on our items. Β
Refund and Damaged Goods Policy

1.1. We strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:
a) Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
b) The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
c) Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.
1.2. The following items are non-refundable:
a) Pre Order, Custom-made or personalized products.
b) Perishable goods.
c) Gift cards or vouchers.
d) Services rendered.
1.3. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@vampmanor.com.au We may require additional information or evidence to process your refund request.
2. Damaged Goods Policy:
2.1. We take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below:
a) Notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item.
b) Provide photographic evidence of the damage, including the packaging.
c) We may request the return of the damaged item, at our expense, for inspection purposes.
2.2. Upon verification of the damage, we will offer one of the following options:
a) Replacement: We will send you a new, undamaged item at no additional cost.
b) Refund: If a replacement is not available or desired, we will issue a refund for the damaged item.
2.3. Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or appearance of the product may occur and do not qualify as damage.
3. Limitations:
3.1. This Policy applies only to purchases made directly from our company. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please refer to their refund and damaged goods policy.
3.2. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the item has been misused, intentionally damaged, or if the damage is a result of normal wear and tear.
3.3. Any shipping or handling charges incurred during the refund or replacement process are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4.1. We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on our website.
